Requirements

3+ years of Automotive Parts Manager experience
Proven success managing a high-performing parts department
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and process management
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Automotive parts sales experience
Experience with dealership inventory systems and controls

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations, performance, and profitability of the Parts Department.
Lead, coach, and develop the parts team.
Ensure excellent service for internal and external customers.
