About The Position

Wright Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Parts Manager to oversee the parts sales process, coordinate parts sourcing and special orders, and communicate parts status to customers and the collision department. The role may also provide backup support to the parts counter person or stocking clerk. Requirements

Responsibilities

Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry through locating the part and invoicing the customer.
Work with outside parts managers to locate parts that are not in stock.
Complete special-order part requests for parts that need to be ordered for customers.
Communicate with the collision department about the status of ordered parts and notify the department when parts are delivered to the dealership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Serve as backup to the parts counter person or stocking clerk as necessary.
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.
