About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a full-time Automotive Parts Driver for its Parts Department at Easton Chevy GMC. The role involves delivering automotive parts to customers, vendors, and other locations, preparing and organizing deliveries, and supporting the department’s inventory and receiving work. The position offers year-round employment, hourly pay of $15.00–$18.00 based on qualifications, and opportunities for training and career advancement. Employment offers are conditional upon applicable pre-employment requirements, including drug screening, a criminal background check, and a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a delivery schedule.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, crouch, squat, and kneel as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive parts or delivery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts to customers, vendors, and other locations.
• Assist with morning dispatching and prepare daily deliveries.
• Sort, organize, and stage parts for delivery.
• Verify parts, invoices, addresses, and delivery information.
• Load and unload parts safely.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inspecting inventory.
• Check parts for damage and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Maintain company delivery vehicles and follow safety procedures.
• Assist the Parts Department as needed.
