About The Position

Wright Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Parts Collision Manager to oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry through locating parts and invoicing customers. The role works with outside parts managers to find unavailable inventory, places special orders, and keeps the collision department informed about order status and deliveries. The manager may provide backup support to the parts counter person or stocking clerk and is expected to communicate professionally with staff and customers, follow company safety policies, and comply with applicable industry regulations. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry through locating the part and invoicing the customer.
Work with outside parts managers to locate parts that are not in stock.
Complete special-order part requests for parts that need to be ordered for customers.
Communicate parts-order status to the collision department and notify it when parts are delivered to the dealership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Serve as backup to the parts counter person or stocking clerk as necessary.
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.
