Automotive Parts Advisor - Collision Center
About The Position
Woodhouse Auto Family is hiring a full-time Automotive Parts Advisor for its Collision Center in Omaha, Nebraska. The role assists retail, wholesale, and shop customers with automotive parts needs by providing friendly, efficient service, processing orders, and maintaining product knowledge. The advisor supports the body shop by reviewing estimates and parts orders for accuracy, locating or ordering unavailable items, and notifying the shop when parts are ready. The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, either 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The salary range is $37,000 to $44,000. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Complete a background check, drug screening, non-DOT driver physical, and lift test after a conditional offer of employment.

Responsibilities
- Assist retail, wholesale, and shop customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Inform customers of companion part requirements and make them aware of the full product line.
- Answer phone calls within the first three rings and provide price quotes and other information.
- Review body shop estimates to confirm that parts ordered are accurate and pricing aligns with the estimate.
- Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Pull and fill orders from stock.
- Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that require immediate attention.
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders when necessary.
- Notify the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
