Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry through locating the part and invoicing the customer.
Work with outside parts managers to locate parts that are not in stock.
Complete special-order requests for parts that need to be ordered for customers.
Communicate with the collision department about the status of ordered parts and notify the department when parts are delivered to the dealership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide backup for the parts counter person or stocking clerk as needed.
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Understand and follow applicable federal, state, and local industry regulations.
