Pat Milliken Ford is hiring an experienced Automotive Collision Center Painter for its Redford, Michigan team. The role is for a skilled, dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding results. Previous professional automotive painting experience and collision repair refinishing experience are required. The painter will prepare and refinish vehicles, produce accurate color matches and high-quality finishes, and work in a professional collision repair shop environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate color matches.
- Apply automotive paints, primers, and clear coats using professional spray equipment.
- Inspect finished work to ensure a high-quality finish and color consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work efficiently with collision repair technicians and other team members to meet production deadlines.
- Follow all safety procedures and paint manufacturer specifications.
