About The Position

Gallatin Ford & CDJR is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a parts professional who understands dealership operations, enjoys supporting both retail and service customers, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of automotive parts experience
• Minimum 3 years of dealership parts experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory processes
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Ford and/or CDJR experience preferred
• CDK experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts requests
• Source and order parts efficiently and accurately
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Process parts transactions, invoices, and returns
• Help keep the parts department running smoothly and efficiently
