About The Position
This role is for a Chrysler Level 3 Master Technician who operates at the highest technical level. You are expected to diagnose, repair, and lead through example while supporting shop efficiency and quality. Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs. Execute repairs accurately the first time. Communicate clearly with advisors on repair needs and timelines. Maintain factory training and certifications. Protect shop efficiency and comeback prevention.
Requirements
- Chrysler Level 3 Certification is required
- Chrysler Level 3 Master Technician
- High diagnostic accuracy

- Follow OEM repair procedures and warranty standards.
