About The Position

Dave Smith Motors is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants to create a positive guest experience at its store. The role assists guests through the car sales process online, including vehicle selection and presentation of protection products. Consultants provide clear, transparent options so guests can make well-informed decisions and work collaboratively with teammates to provide an excellent experience for both purchasing guests and those who are not yet ready to purchase. The company provides four weeks of paid classroom and hands-on training; prior automotive sales experience is not required. The position is full-time, five days a week, with two days off and Sundays off.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Valid driver’s license.
Professional personal appearance.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Must perform duties and responsibilities safely.
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report, and have a valid driver’s license.
Computer skills.
