About The Position

The Automotive Lot Porter maintains a clean and well-organized new and used vehicle area. The role includes arranging and cleaning inventory vehicles, keeping dealership grounds tidy, and following company policies and facility display standards. The position requires a current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record. No retail experience is necessary; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team.
• Good work ethic, organization, and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No retail experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management and according to facility display standards.
• Keep inventory vehicles clean as directed by management.
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors, including trunks and glove compartments.
• Police dealership grounds.
• Follow policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Wear a company-approved uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
