The Lot Coordinator will serve as the liaison between the dealership and All-Pro Auto Reconditioning for all work performed. This role involves inspecting vehicles to be repaired, maintaining relationships with dealership management, ensuring proper invoicing and billing procedures are followed, and following up with dealerships to ensure all invoices have the necessary approvals. The Lot Coordinator will also research and resolve communication matters with dealerships, assist with vehicle transportation, organize work to meet company standards and time requirements, and inspect and audit the front line to ensure standards and quality are maintained. Additionally, this role will focus on maintaining service drive sales, volume, and communication, partnering with the Area Manager (AM) on all site issues, recruiting efforts, and ensuring key control and other risk policies are adhered to daily. This position does not involve performance management, discipline, hiring, or terminations.
