The Lot Coordinator will serve as the liaison between the dealership and All-Pro Auto Reconditioning. This role involves inspecting vehicles, maintaining relationships with dealership management, managing billing and invoicing, and ensuring work is completed to company standards. The coordinator will also be responsible for organizing transportation, inspecting and auditing the front line, and maintaining service drive sales and communication. Additionally, they will communicate with their Area Manager (AM) on all site issues, partner with the AM on recruiting, place supply orders, and ensure adherence to key control and risk policies. This position does not involve performance management, discipline, hiring, or terminations.
