The Lot Coordinator serves as the liaison between the dealership and All-Pro Auto Reconditioning, ensuring smooth operations and communication. This role involves inspecting vehicles, managing repairs, maintaining relationships with dealership management, and ensuring all billing and administrative tasks are handled accurately and efficiently according to All-Pro Policy. The coordinator is responsible for organizing work to meet company standards and time requirements, inspecting and auditing the front line for quality, and maintaining service drive sales, volume, and communication. They will also communicate with the Area Manager (AM) on all site issues, partner with the AM on recruiting efforts, place supply orders, and ensure adherence to key control and risk policies. This position does not involve performance management, discipline, hiring, or terminations.
