Responsibilities

  • Inventory management: Track, log, and account for all items on the lot, from new arrivals to stock levels.
  • Lot maintenance: Keep the lot clean, presentable, and organized, including arranging vehicles and removing debris.
  • Logistics: Move items around the lot, shuttle them to other locations like service departments or vendors, and assist with transportation.
  • Merchandising: Ensure vehicles are properly displayed with correct pricing, stickers, and other documentation.
  • Administrative tasks: Maintain fuel logs, file reports, and manage other requested documentation.
  • Customer service: Assist customers and associates, handle inquiries, and sometimes provide shuttling services.
