About The Position
Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated call center professional to join its team. The Automotive Internet Sales Representative engages with customers by phone, internet, and live chat, shares initial product information, directs customers to appropriate dealership resources, and follows up with leads and appointments. The stated yearly wage range is $40,000–$65,000, with salary described as draw plus commission.
Requirements
- At least one previous customer service-related role.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups for sales and service appointments.
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads who are not ready to make an appointment or who do not show up.
