About The Position

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Be able to quickly absorb substantive product and service information.
Have exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Pull inquiries from the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
Respond to inquiries by phone, text, chat, or email according to the potential customer's expressed preference.
Serve as a first-level expert on products and services, the purchase process, and the DARCARS brand.
Convert inquiries into dealership visits and set appointments for test drives and further selection or purchase support.
Adhere to customer communication scripts.
Record all customer contact activity and information in the CRM in real time.
Develop and maintain relationships with related store personnel.
Meet or exceed individual performance objectives, including response time and conversions.
Follow other instructions and perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by a supervisor.
