About The Position
Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated call center professional to join its team. The representative supports customers contacting the dealership by phone, internet, and live chat, provides initial product information, and helps connect customers with the appropriate dealership resources. The role offers a stated yearly wage range of $40,000–$65,000, with compensation described as draw plus commission.
Requirements
- At least one previous customer service-related role.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups for sales and service appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads who are not ready to make an appointment or who do not show up.
