About The Position

DARCARS Automotive Group is hiring an Internet Representative for its corporate team. The role manages digital business prospects by guiding inbound customers through a needs analysis using the DARCARS Approach to Sales. The representative provides dealership and product information, answers customer questions, and connects prospects with an in-store sales manager for further purchase support. The position requires timely follow-up and an exceptional customer experience with every interaction. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to commute between dealership locations.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to learn and absorb substantive product and service information quickly.
Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Able to work weekends and holidays.
Demonstrated commitment to process improvement, innovation, and excellence.
Persistent, eager to learn and share ideas, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Pull inquiries from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Respond to inquiries by phone, text, chat, or email according to the potential customer's stated preference.
Serve as a first-level expert on products and services, the purchase process, and the DARCARS brand.
Convert inquiries into dealership visits and set appointments for test drives and further selection or purchase support.
Follow customer communication scripts.
Record all contact activity and customer information in the CRM in real time.
Develop and maintain relationships with related dealership personnel.
Meet or exceed individual performance objectives, including response-time and conversion goals.
Commute between dealership locations.
