Automotive Finance Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a qualified Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join the team. This role focuses on automotive finance and insurance, compliance requirements, product knowledge, customer service, and training new talent. Prior automotive finance experience is described as preferred but not required, while the requirements section specifies a minimum of one year of F&I experience. The annual salary estimate is $140,000+; compensation is performance-based and competitive with the retail automotive market. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Contract new business, sell F&I products, and close deals.
- Generate finance income on all sold customers.
- Check and verify paperwork for cash, finance, or loan transactions.
- Contract or collect all money at closing.
- Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
- Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
- Understand programs and rate options offered by lenders.
- Solicit extended warranty sales.
- Handle cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, and related products.
- Train new talent.
- Deliver strong customer service while maintaining focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge.
