About The Position

Nucar Pre-Owned Superstore of Concord is growing and we have a great opportunity available for an Automotive Finance Manager to join a talented group of professionals who will welcome your experience. The person in this key role will be responsible for offering vehicle financing, service contracts, and aftermarket products, with a thorough explanation of these products and services to enhance a customer's vehicle and ownership experience. Earning potential up to 150,000/Yr

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience is required
  • Must have experience working in high volume stores!
  • Two years of automotive sales experience and/or one year in a dealership management position.
  • An understanding of and adherence to federal and state guidelines governing the finance operation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers, employees and lending institutions.
  • Fully proficient with title Laws and the registration process
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive management is preferred.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with sales managers / salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed
  • Realize monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals and objectives for the department
  • Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
  • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time more effectively
  • Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales
  • Offering vehicle financing, service contracts, and aftermarket products, with a thorough explanation of these products and services to enhance a customer's vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Maintain profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Adherence to federal and state guidelines governing the finance operation.
  • Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
