About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Finance manager to present financing options and opportunities to our customers, and effectively support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have no less than two years of experience and has a proven track record of high performance as an finance and insurance manager. This role supports automotive sales by building relationships, following sales processes, and upholding the highest ethical standards. Requirements

  • 2 years experience in Automotive Finance Required
  • Valid Driver’s License w/ acceptable driving record
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Grasp and utilize relevant technology platforms and tools
  • A dedicated, energetic, team player
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Well-versed in title laws and the registration process (online in-state and trans-state title checks)
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to complete multiple projects on time with varying timelines and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be available Monday through Saturday. - 5 day work week!

Responsibilities

  • Provide Best-in-Class Customer Experience
  • Guide and assist customers to arrange financing for their purchases
  • Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and their ownership experience
  • Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
  • Guarantee prompt funding of all contracts
