About The Position

Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet is seeking one to two driven Automotive Finance Managers (F&I Leaders) who are looking for an alternative to the typical dealership grind. The role involves being the liaison between the sales team, lenders, and customers, maximizing profitability while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

1 to 5+ years of proven Automotive Dealership Finance (F&I) or automotive sales leadership experience.
Highly organized, heavily detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Advanced proficiency in dealership software, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
A consultative closer with high ethical standards, professional appearance, and a commitment to customer loyalty (CSI).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Must be 18+ and willing to undergo a standard background check.

College degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers transitioning from Sales and conduct consultative credit interviews.
Present fully transparent pricing menus for financing and aftermarket products.
Structure conventional, subprime, and special finance deals.
Ensure 100% compliance with all state/federal laws, dealership guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
Maintain exceptional relationships with current finance sources, manufacturers, and vendors, and seek new lender partnerships.
Track portfolios and rehash deals to maximize approvals.
Work in conjunction with all departments: sales, service, parts, and accounting.
Review paperwork for correct titles, liens, and taxes.
Inspect the daily flow of paperwork to ensure lightning-fast funding turnarounds.
