About The Position
Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet is seeking one to two driven Automotive Finance Managers (F&I Leaders) who are tired of the typical dealership grind and are looking for a better work-life balance. Requirements
- 1 to 5+ years of proven Automotive Dealership Finance (F&I) or automotive sales leadership experience.
- Highly organized, heavily detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- Advanced proficiency in dealership software, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
- A consultative closer with high ethical standards, professional appearance, and a commitment to customer loyalty (CSI).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Must be 18+ and willing to undergo a standard background check.

- College degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers transitioning from Sales, conduct consultative credit interviews, and present fully transparent pricing menus for financing and aftermarket products.
- Structure conventional, subprime, and special finance deals.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all state/federal laws, dealership guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain exceptional relationships with current finance sources, manufacturers, and vendors while hunting for new lender partnerships.
- Track portfolios and rehash deals to maximize approvals.
- Work in conjunction with all departments: sales, service, parts, and accounting.
- Review paperwork for correct titles, liens, and taxes.
- Inspect the daily flow of paperwork to ensure lightning-fast funding turnarounds.
