This is a fast-paced, high-volume dealership currently delivering 250+ units monthly with a clear growth trajectory toward 300+ units and beyond. Requirements
- Automotive Finance Manager experience required (Minimum 2 year of finance)
- Proven track record in a high-volume dealership environment preferred
- Strong closing and compliance skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Professional communication and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance and protection products
- Structure and submit deals to lenders
- Maintain strong lender relationships
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer experience.
