Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar dealership role.
Strong understanding of automotive financing, credit laws, and lending regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and financial institutions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in finance-related software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
