Automotive Finance Manager
About The Position
DARCARS of Fairfax is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead customer financing in a high-volume dealership environment. The role involves managing in-person and digital finance processes, presenting and selling finance and warranty products, structuring profitable deals with sales professionals, and coordinating lender approvals and title paperwork. The Finance Manager also provides guidance on DMV laws and finance regulations, maintains customer satisfaction and strong lender and vendor relationships, and may perform additional duties as requested by a supervisor.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership.
- Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance.
- Professional, confident menu presentation skills.
- Comfort working evenings and Saturdays.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer finance process in person and through digital retailing tools.
- Present and sell finance and warranty products confidently and in compliance with applicable requirements.
- Collaborate with sales professionals to structure profitable deals.
- Secure lender approvals and complete title paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain high CSI scores and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on DMV laws and finance regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by a supervisor.
