About The Position

INFINITI of Chesapeake is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join its growing team. The position focuses on building customer relationships, arranging financing, presenting vehicle protection products, and supporting an exceptional buying experience while driving dealership profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a performance-driven role with commission and incentive opportunities tied to individual product and reserve income, net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Potential annual earnings are up to $160,000; actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. The Finance Manager works with customers, lenders, sales staff, and dealership leadership to complete transactions accurately and efficiently. The role includes submitting deals electronically, entering transaction information into ADP and bank approval systems, processing paperwork to meet office, DMV, and lender requirements, and tracking receivables and outstanding funding stipulations. The manager also participates in dealership meetings, assists the sales team during peak traffic, and follows up with customers when purchased products require customer action. Requirements

Proven automotive F&I experience.
Strong knowledge of lending, compliance, and dealership finance products.
Exceptional closing and customer service skills.
A track record of driving profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to type efficiently and enter accurate information into a tracking system.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Basic computer skills.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Present vehicle protection packages and explain the products and their benefits.
Arrange customer financing by building professional relationships with lenders and working to obtain suitable financing.
Submit deals electronically to banks using the appropriate dealer system.
Enter transactions accurately into ADP and bank approval systems.
Process transaction paperwork accurately and in accordance with office, state-specific DMV, and lender requirements.
Track deal receivables and follow up on outstanding items to ensure collection of funds and completion of bank stipulations for contract funding.
Participate in Sales Receivables, Save-a-Deal, and Store Manager meetings.
Work with the sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are accurate and meet customer needs.
Follow up with customers about purchased products that require customer action.
Assist the Sales Team with customer engagement in the sales department during peak traffic times.
Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days of hire.
