Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in automotive sales, finance, or dealership management.
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding finance and product sales goals.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing, lender programs, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager or Automotive Sales Manager.
• Experience with dealership DMS and desking tools.

Responsibilities

• Structure, present, and finalize vehicle financing and protection product options.
• Ensure deals are processed accurately, in a timely manner, and in compliance with regulations.
• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing approvals.
• Explain finance, warranty, and protection products clearly and professionally.
• Maintain complete and accurate deal documentation.
• Support dealership compliance standards and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
