About The Position
Tuttle-Click Ford Lincoln in Irvine is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to guide customers through a positive and transparent vehicle-buying experience. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable in a sales-driven environment. Compensation includes hourly pay and may include commission. The anticipated hourly range is $16.90 to $30.00. Commission is based on closed vehicle sales, is not guaranteed, and may be $0.00 if no sales are made. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Prepare and present purchase options clearly and professionally.
- Work with management and the finance team to finalize deals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership procedures.
- Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and repeat business.
