About The Position

DARCARS Honda of Bowie is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead the customer finance process in person and through digital retailing tools. The role includes presenting and selling finance and warranty products, collaborating with sales professionals to structure deals, securing lender approvals, and completing title paperwork accurately and on time. The manager also helps maintain strong customer satisfaction and CSI scores, provides guidance on DMV laws and finance regulations, and builds relationships with lenders and vendor partners. The position may require other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership.
Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance.
Professional, confident menu presentations.
Comfort working evenings and Saturdays.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and clean record.
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.
