About The Position

Melloy Jeep in Los Lunas is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager. The ideal candidate will be a proven producer with a strong understanding of dealership finance, lender relationships, deal structuring, F&I products, compliance, and funding. A key aspect of this role is ensuring customers have a positive experience in the finance office. This position offers an opportunity for an experienced F&I professional in the Albuquerque or Central New Mexico area to transition to a role in Los Lunas.

Requirements

• Previous automotive dealership Finance Manager / F&I Manager experience required.
• Must be able to document previous production and performance.
• Strong PVR and F&I product production.
• Knowledge of automotive lenders, vehicle financing and deal structuring.
• Established lender relationships.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong paperwork, compliance and funding follow-up skills.
• Competitive, professional attitude and readiness to produce.

Nice To Haves

• Domestic franchise experience preferred, especially Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Stellantis, Ford, Chevrolet or GMC.
