About The Position
Keith Hawthorne Hyundai is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join its team. The role focuses on automotive finance and insurance, compliance requirements, and product knowledge. The manager will train new talent and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of F&I experience.
Responsibilities
- Contract new business, sell F&I products, and close deals.
- Generate finance income on all sold customers.
- Check and verify paperwork for cash, finance, or loan transactions.
- Contract or collect all money at closing.
- Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
- Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
- Understand programs and rate options offered by lenders.
- Solicit extended warranty sales.
- Handle cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, and related products.
