Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an auto technician.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies.
- Test vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment, and test drive vehicles.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
- Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional service needs so customers can be informed, and complete online multi-point inspection reports.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
