About The Position

All Star Chevrolet, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking Automotive Technician Apprentices for its high-volume service team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role performs basic vehicle maintenance and safety inspections in accordance with repair orders and dealership and factory standards. Hudson Automotive Group offers dealership-provided training and career advancement opportunities. The listed pay range is $15–$18 per hour; flat-rate roles are listed at $18–$20 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, and a drug test.
Be customer-focused, self-motivated, competitive, and coachable.

Previous express technician experience.

Responsibilities

Perform a basic safety inspection while draining engine oil and refilling with the required amount of oil.
Complete work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades, and perform additional services as outlined by management.
Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replace or replenish fluids as necessary.
Check tire pressure and add air if needed.
