Automotive Express/Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Fayetteville Dodge Ram, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is hiring Automotive Express/Maintenance/Mobile Technicians for its high-volume service team in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The role performs routine vehicle maintenance and safety checks and completes repair-order work according to dealership and factory standards. Compensation is listed as $18.00–$25.00 per hour, with flat-rate pay up to $25 per hour and a production bonus. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment checks, including background, motor vehicle record, and drug testing. Previous express technician experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform a basic safety inspection while draining oil from the crankcase and refill with the required amount of oil.
- Complete work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades, and perform additional services as outlined by management.
- Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replace or replenish fluids as necessary.
- Check tire pressure and add air if needed.
