About The Position
Johnson City Toyota, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is hiring Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians for its high-volume service team. The position is suitable for experienced maintenance technicians and automotive school graduates. The dealership offers training, mentorship, and a structured technician development program, with a career advancement path from Express Technician to Master Technician. Pay starts at $28.00 flat rate per hour, with production bonuses and additional earning potential. The role is based in a climate-controlled service facility with a consistent workflow. Applicants must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, drug screening, and verification of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and multi-point inspections.
- Rotate and balance tires.
- Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades.
- Inspect brake, steering, and suspension components.
- Check, replenish, and maintain fluid levels.
- Complete maintenance services according to Toyota and dealership standards.
- Identify potential repair opportunities and communicate findings to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
