Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills
• Detail oriented
• Computer skills with a DMS system and Excel required
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to submit a background check

Nice To Haves

• Dealership Service department experience is helpful (Technician, Service Writer, Assistant Service Manager and/or Service Manager etc.)
• Knowledge of Dealer Track, X Time, ARS PRO (are helpful but not necessary)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for dispatching, monitoring, and controlling technician workloads
• Manage the efficiency of the technicians
• Timely distribution of workloads
• Process all Used Car Inspection Repair Orders and Purchase orders
• Keep ASMs updated on the status of repair orders, problems, delays and requests
• Maintain all technician's booked hours
• Provide supervisor with status reports
