Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
Detail oriented.
Computer skills with a DMS system and Excel required
Ability to work independently within a team environment.
Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to submit a background check

Nice To Haves

Dealership Service department experience is helpful (Technician, Service Writer, Assistant Service Manager and/or Service Manager etc.)
Knowledge of Dealer Track, X Time, ARS PRO (are helpful but not necessary)

Responsibilities

Responsible for dispatching, monitoring, and controlling technician workloads.
Manage the efficiency of the technicians
Timely distribution of workloads.
Process all Used Car Inspection Repair Orders and Purchase orders
Keep ASMs updated on the status of repair orders, problems, delays and requests.
Maintain all technician's booked hours
Provide supervisor with status reports
