About The Position
Ciocca Subaru of York is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated Automotive Delivery Specialist to help customers understand and feel confident using their vehicles. The specialist explains and demonstrates vehicle-specific systems, personalizes features to customers’ needs, and serves as a technology contact before, during, and after delivery. The role also involves continually developing product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle expert. Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Explain and demonstrate how to use systems specific to customers’ vehicles.
- Personalize vehicle features according to customers’ needs.
- Serve as the go-to contact for customers’ technology questions before, during, and after delivery.
- Help customers feel confident in their vehicles to enhance their driving experience.
- Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle expert.
