About The Position

The company is seeking a proven, hands-on Service Manager to lead their Volkswagen / Mitsubishi service department. This role requires a leader who can actively manage the shop, ensure accountability, and drive results. The ideal candidate will control workflow, improve technician output, build a strong team, and provide an excellent customer experience. The position is for a leader who can move numbers, develop staff, and maintain a high-level service department operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Strong knowledge of service operations, KPIs, workflow, and technician productivity
  • Ability to drive accountability, retention, and performance
  • Experience with OEM compliance and service process standards
  • Leadership presence, urgency, and a customer-first mindset

  • Dealership or service center background preferred
