About The Position

University Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a family owned dealership that takes great care of it's employees and customers. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager / Service Director to lead our Sealy dealership's service department. This is a new point for our family, so we are looking for a Service Manager, with a proven track record of building a Service Department from the ground up, who is hands on and detail oriented. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and managing service staff to deliver top-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. We tend to pay above average depending on skills and experience. We offer an impressive health insurance and benefits package. We prefer candidates who are local, and/or currently live within driving distance of the Sealy / Katy TX area.
