Premium Velocity Auto/Jiffy Lube is seeking Customer Service Advisors/Lube Technicians. No prior automotive experience is required; customer service and retail sales skills are transferable. The company provides comprehensive training, including paid training with bonus incentives and cross-training opportunities. This role focuses on ensuring customer confidence in vehicle safety by meeting individual customer needs. The Customer Service Advisor acts as the main point of contact, building loyalty and increasing sales by helping guests make informed decisions about their automotive services. This position involves performing preventative maintenance and promoting customer loyalty through quality workmanship and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a growth mentality, be committed to customer satisfaction, and possess the ability to build rapport and explain products effectively. While automotive experience is not required, customer service/sales experience is preferred. Qualified candidates should be able to work well in a team, have strong communication skills, and be efficient in fast-paced environments. A valid driver's license is strongly preferred to ensure broader career opportunities but is not mandatory.
