About The Position

Apple Autos is seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Commercial Retail & Finance Manager to lead the finance process for its Commercial Vehicle Department while supporting its retail finance operations. This role involves structuring complex commercial transactions, building lender relationships, training team members, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have automotive finance experience, strong commercial lending knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

Previous automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience required.
Strong understanding of commercial financing, leasing, and lender programs.
Proven ability to present and sell vehicle protection products and finance products.
Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Commercial vehicle, fleet, truck, or business lending experience preferred.
Experience with dealership management systems and lender portals preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) to structure and finalize commercial vehicle transactions.
Submit deals to banks, finance institutions, and leasing companies while securing approvals and ensuring timely funding.
Present and sell finance and insurance products including extended service contracts, protection packages, warranties, and other aftermarket offerings.
Guide commercial customers through financing, leasing, and fleet acquisition options.
Coordinate and manage out-of-stock purchases for leasing companies, overseeing the process from request to vehicle delivery.
Ensure all commercial transactions are completed accurately, compliantly, and efficiently.
Assist with vehicle order submissions and tracking.
Monitor incoming inventory, update order status reports, VIN assignments, and estimated delivery dates.
Prepare sold units for arrival to support quick inventory turns and customer deliveries.
Collaborate with sales and management teams on inventory planning and forecasting.
Train and develop new Commercial Account Managers on commercial financing, commercial leasing and TRAC leases, extended service plans, deal structure and compliance, and commercial sales processes and documentation.
Serve as an ongoing resource for finance and sales team members by answering questions and providing guidance.
Help improve processes and support continuous department growth.
Provide coverage in the main Finance Department during vacations, scheduling conflicts, and unexpected absences.
Submit, process, and deliver retail finance deals.
Assist with funding and collections activities, including managing unfunded contracts.
Support finance managers and dealership leadership with special projects and operational needs.
Maintain compliance with all dealership, lender, state, and federal regulations.
