About The Position
Dobbs Hyundai of Columbus is seeking an experienced, hard-working Automotive Body Shop / Collision Center Technician for its busy collision center. The role involves repairing vehicles and maintaining a clean, professional work area. Experience is preferred. I-CAR certification and Hyundai training are provided. Pay is based on skill, with a stated range of $60,000–$120,000.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of related experience and/or training.
- Valid driver's license; must be insurable.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in automotive body shop or collision center work is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Use measuring systems.
- Diagnose and repair full-frame vehicles and unibody structural damage.
- Repair and replace body panels.
- Replace damaged wiring harnesses or reinstall harnesses after body repair.
- Remove and reinstall vehicle interiors.
- Attend weekly department meetings.
- Maintain a clean work area.
