Requirements

• Hands-on collision repair experience and pride in workmanship.
• Experience in welding, measuring, frame pulling, and body filler application.
• Commitment to proper repair methods, accuracy, and continuous learning.
• Dependability, honest communication, and respect for teammates.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the success of the shop.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications, including I-CAR, ASE, manufacturer, or welding certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs using manufacturer procedures and quality standards.
• Identify damage, required repair operations, and additional needs early in the repair process.
• Work with estimators and parts professionals to develop complete, accurate repair plans.
• Complete disassembly, welding, measuring, frame pulling, body repairs, and reassembly within the technician’s qualifications.
• Check work throughout the repair process.
• Communicate progress and obstacles to keep repairs moving.
• Maintain an organized workspace and contribute to a team that shares knowledge and takes ownership.
