About The Position

Ciocca Collision of York is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated collision technician. The technician will repair and inspect vehicles, identify required parts and additional repairs, and perform a range of body, structural, electrical, and mechanical work. The role offers hourly flat-rate pay, full-time weekday hours, and opportunities for career advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Welding, suspension, and framework experience, or willingness to learn and train.
ASE certifications in Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair, and State Vehicle Inspector are preferred; equivalent experience and eagerness to improve are also accepted.

Responsibilities

Identify and resolve which parts are required for repairs; review repair orders, work orders, and the Body Shop Manager’s estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; and notify a supervisor of repair add-ons.
Adjust, replace, and repair equipment, including sheet metal, fiberglass and panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, body-component installation and alignment, and electrical and mechanical repairs.
Teardown and inspect vehicles for additional or hidden repairs.
