About The Position

Ciocca York Collision Center is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated collision technician to join its growing team. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to customers and the community while pursuing financial and career goals. The technician identifies parts needed for repairs, reviews repair documentation and estimates, follows warranty guidelines, and reports additional repair needs to a supervisor. Duties also include repairing, replacing, and adjusting vehicle equipment and components, as well as tearing down and inspecting vehicles for hidden damage.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• ASE certifications in Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, and Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair, or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve.
• Welding, suspension, and framework experience, or willingness to learn and train.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts required for repairs and resolve parts needs.
• Review repair orders, work orders, and the Body Shop Manager’s estimate notes.
• Follow warranty guidelines and notify a supervisor of repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair vehicle equipment, including sheet metal, fiberglass and panels, fabrication and structural welding, body-component installation and alignment, and electrical and mechanical components.
• Teardown and inspect vehicles for additional or hidden repairs.
