About The Position
Biggers Dealership is hiring an Automotive Biller to handle billing for new and used vehicles, license and title work, and schedule reviews and reconciliations. The role also helps with office tasks as needed. The position requires attention to detail, math aptitude, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and adapt to change.
Requirements
- Excellent math aptitude and attention to detail.
- 3–5 years of automotive billing experience.
- High school diploma.
- Friendly, professional phone manner.
- Fast learner who is comfortable with change and motivated to learn.
- Ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently.
- Pass pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
- Bill new and used vehicles.
- Handle license and title work.
- Review schedules.
- Perform reconciliations.
- Help out in the office when needed.
