The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an License and Title Clerk. The License and Title Clerk provides support for the Enterprise/National/Alamo brands with responsibility for administrative processing of license and title paperwork for initial registrations and other items relating to the licensing and titling of vehicles. This position is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are legally titled and registered to the company. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, organized and have a high level of attention to detail. The starting rate of pay is $16 / Hour based on a 40 hour workweek This positions is located at 5105 Johnson Rd. Coconut Creek FL 33073

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a current and valid drivers license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions (ie., DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Intermediate working knowledge in Excel
GED or HS Diploma
Apart from religious observations, must be willing to work a 40 hour work week between the hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

Review the MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) for accuracy and completion as received from Tulsa Shared Services
Register each MSO, ensuring correct weight and class of plate is used
Verify and complete registration transactions within third party DMV systems that are linked directly to the State DMV offices ensuring vehicles are legally titled and registered
Update mainframe (Odyssey/USG/EVMS/ATS/TMS system) with applicable license information
Assign and manage plate, decal and registration document inventory
Ensure plates returned from the field are checked / and filed in bins in a timely manner
Conduct monthly inventory plate audit of all plates filed at the admin office
Organize and file legal registration documents, MSOs and invoices, and handle daily FedEx mailing of registered plates
Maintains data spreadsheets tracking the activity on MSO, registrations, invoices, and miscellaneous L&T information as needed
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
